These terms cover the MarginCap waitlist and the founding-member pre-order. MarginCap is in development and not yet available. Full product terms will be published before launch.

Founding-member pre-order
- Price: US$19.00 per month for the MarginCap Indie plan. Prices are in US dollars. If sales tax or VAT applies to you, it is shown on the checkout page before you pay. There are no other fees.
- Billing: your card is charged on the day you order and then every month on the same date, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Price lock: the $19/month price applies for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and later return, the then-current price applies.
- Availability: limited to the first 50 founding members.
- What you're buying: access to the Indie plan when MarginCap launches. Features described on the website are planned and may change before launch.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time and stop all future charges. Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with and we'll cancel within one business day and confirm by email. Cancelling never requires a phone call or a reason.
Refund policy
- Before launch: full refund of everything you've paid, any time, on request. No questions asked.
- Delayed launch: if MarginCap isn't available by the end of your first billing period, we pause billing until it is, or refund you in full if you prefer.
- If MarginCap never launches: every founding member is refunded in full, automatically.
- Material changes: if what launches differs materially from what you pre-ordered, you can ask for a full refund.
- After launch: you can cancel any time to stop future charges; we refund the most recent month on request if you haven't used the product that month.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. These terms don't limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have by law (for example, EU/UK consumers' 14-day right of withdrawal).
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. We email you about MarginCap's launch and nothing else; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
